The complete Whitney Houston autopsy is in, and it reveals a number of harrowing details regarding the singer's death on February 11.
A Final Image of Whitney HoustonThe document states that a "spoon with a white crystal-like substance on it" was found in the hotel room in which Whitney died, along with a "white powdery substance" later tested and determined to be cocaine.
Houston's body was found face down in the bathtub - in approximately 13 inches of water, the report adds -with "bloody purge coming from her nose." Moreover, a "perforation of posterior nasal septum" made it clear that the singer had a history of drug use.
There were no signs of foul play, officials included, while also writing up a detailed account of Houston's surroundings. It reads as follows:

Lady Gaga and Emmy Rossum Double Date

Emmy Rossum and Lady Gaga double date? Who knew!
Well, they did, and now you do, thanks to this report.
In an interview with InStyle Hair (yes, that's a real magazine, and she does have lovely hair), Emmy revealed that she and her boyfriend have recently gone on double dates with none other than the Mother Monster herself.
How does that happen? More normally than you'd think.

Gaga's current boyfriend, Taylor Kinney, co-starred alongside Emmy and her beau, Tyler Jacob Moore, in her Showtime hit series Shameless. That's it!
As for the actual date? "We stayed in, cooked steaks, and watched Shameless," Rossum told the magazine. "It was all very normal, and she is so nice."
Also, the 25-year-old talked about moving on in the wake of her surprise divorce (no one realized she was married, including us) from Justin Siegel.
"Everyone has peaks and valleys in their personal lives," she said. "When I realized it wasn't the end of the world, I knew it was going to be OK."

Hollie Cavanagh Turns Up Her Tempo on American Idol

American Idol was chock full of surprises last night.
Hollie Cavanagh - "What A Feeling"Fans were treated to Skylar Laine slowing things down for once and singing a beautiful rendition of "Wind Beneath My Wings" to close the show, while Hollie Cavanagh took to the stage prior and went in the opposite direction.
Mixing up a performance from her usual ballads, Cavanagh went with "What a Feeling" from Flashdance and shook her booty right in front of the judges' table at one point. It was a welcome change, although it came across as a bit forced. Hollie didn't seem comfortable in her fringed dress, moving and shaking instead of just... singing.

A 9-year-old boy in Bremerton, Wash. wrote a letter apologizing to a classmate who was seriously wounded after a gun discharged from his backpack, lodging a bullet in her spine.
The handwritten letter was addressed to Amina Bowman, 8, who was released from the hospital on Tuesday.  The boy's name has not been made public.
"I'm sorry I hurt you because I brought a gun to school. I did not mean for any one to get hurt," the boy wrote. "I wish everyone was okay. I made a bad choice."
Six weeks after being airlifted to Harborview Medical Center, small milestones mark Amina's recovery.
A taste of soup, those first steps, and a brownie milk shake after being discharged from the hospital are all progress that her mother posts on her Facebook page.
"What a great day!!!" Teri Bowman wrote under a picture of her smiling daughter before she came home from the hospital.
On Feb. 22. Amina was shot during class at Armin Jahr Elementary School in Bremerton.
"I made a bad choice. I was sad, scared and afraid and I did not solve my problem well," the boy told her in his letter. "I will stay away from guns."
The school was put into immediate lockdown after the incident.
MaryLou Tucker, a parent of a student at the school, said the teacher in Amina's classroom did everything she could. "She had the kids sit, get underneath their desks and then made sure that the kids were accounted for," Tucker said.
The boy's prosecution will be deferred. His mother, Jamie Lee Chaffin, and her boyfriend, Douglas L. Bauer, pleaded not guilty to third-degree assault and unlawful possession of a firearm, according to ABC affiliate KOMO.
Amina's parents said she'll likely return to school in the fall.
