Clash of the titan egos! Kanye doesn't look at all happy to be Kim's lapdog at her Canadian jewellery launch

Two egos as big as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were always going be attracted to one another.
But it was also a given that at some point, the same qualities that drew the attention-seeking pair together were going to cause them to clash in a big fat scramble for the limelight.
And it looks like that day has come sooner than anyone thought as Kanye did not look pleased to be dragged along as Kim's lapdog to the Canadian launch of her Belle Noel jewellery.

The man, after all, is a highly celebrated rapper and for all the times he's put his foot in his outspoken mouth, the 34-year-old has got a million more feet tapping to his insanely catchy tunes.
He's also flamboyant; Kanye thinks nothing of wearing a gold suit or fur coat and has developed an aesthetic that's seen him become a celebrated fashion designer.
And perhaps most salient of all, the man has won 18 Grammy Awards.
It's safe to say he's used to being the biggest star in a 30 mile radius, let alone in his own relationship.
But here he is, dutifully tagging along as his 31-year-old girlfriend launches her jewellery line at The Bay store in Toronto, Canada.
And Kanye has to be forgiven for thinking it looks a little bit embarrassing, as it does.
As much as he is obviously attracted to Kim, her celebrity is several, several grades below what The College Dropout star has achieved.
Her fame was built up on a sex tape, a cult of personality and now several cash in lines, nothing like the music Kanye created and even the fashion line he toiled to make credible.
Wowsers: Kim was almost bursting out of her outfit as she wiggled onto the sidewalk

If anyone could survive the Kardashian machine, it would've been Kanye, though he seems to have already fallen into line with the promotional schedule.
Still, at least there's been some clarification about lyrics which seemed to suggest that the rapper was planning to 'put Kim in a white dress.'
Us Weekly quoted a source close to Kanye as explaining that the lyrics are actually: 'Now she back in the club in a tight dress with dreams of someday wearing a white dress,' with the refrain, Even though I met you in the club in a tight dress/At first sight I could picture you in a white dress.'
The insider continued: 'Kanye's been a good sport about all the gossip, but one thing that gets him hot is people misquoting his lyrics!'
'He's just trying to make dope songs," the source says. "As has always been the case with Kanye's music, people will interpret the lyrics to apply to his life or their own. That's the beauty of it."

John Cena and Wife: It's Over!

John Cena will soon be free to pile drive any woman he wants... if you know what we mean!
The WWE Superstar has filed for divorce from his wife of three years, Liz Huberdeau. In the documents, Cena says the marriage is "irretrievably broken."

The couple signed a prenuptial agreement in 2009, TMZ reports, but Liz has hired the same attorney (Raymond Rafool) used by Linda Hogan when she recently fleeced Hulk Hogan after their union dissolved.
"Although it is indeed unfortunate that John Cena decided to divorce his high school sweetheart Liz Cena; particularly, after they have come so far in their lives and in his career together, Liz will and really has no choice but to pursue all of her rights and entitlements," Rafool said in a statement. "Sadly, divorce is not the way Liz thought her perfect love story would end."

They recently collaborated on a new song and were rumoured to be reigniting their former romance.
But it appears Rihanna and her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown have fallen out again after the singer released a remixed track last night in which he apparently dissed the Barbadian star.
Rihanna, 24, reacted by 'unfollowing' Chris on her Twitter account - and he quickly followed suit, deleting her as well.

Twitter feud: Chris Brown tweeted this photograph this morning after releasing a track which apparently dissed his ex Rihanna. She reacted by 'unfollowing' him on the social networking site
Brown,23, released a version of Kanye West' TheraFlu last night in which he raps: 'Don't f*** with my old b*****s ... like a bad fur ... every industry n***** done had her,' continuing: 'Trick or treat like a pumpkin ... just to smash her.'
Taking offence? Rihanna pictured on Monday at the Met Gala in New York
After speculation about the track started doing the rounds on the internet, Brown tweeted where he apparently addressed Rihanna.

Posting a picture of himself on Twitter, he also wrote: 'Assumptions! I didn't say any names so if u took offense [sic] to it then its something you feel guilty about.'
His telling remark would seem to suggest some beef between the pair, who recently appeared to be on better terms, three years after Brown viciously assaulted his then-girlfriend.
Brown recently collaborated with Rihanna on her track Birthday Cake.
She was widely criticised for letting the singer back into her life after previously taking a tough stance against domestic violence.
Speaking to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show back in March, she said: 'I reached out to him about doing Birthday Cake because that’s the only person that really... it made sense to do the record.
'Just as a musician - despite everything else - that was going to be the person.'
She said: 'I thought about rappers, and I’ve done that so many times, and the hottest R&B artist out right now is Chris Brown.
'So I wanted him on the track.'
This week the singer found herself in hospital on a drip for 'exhaustion and dehydration' as those close to the Umbrella star claim she is 'spiralling out of control'.

It's no secret that she has been burning the candle at both ends in recent months and her team are asking her to consider rehab in an attempt to help her wild lifestyle down, according to reports.

‘American Idol’ Results: And Then There Were Three

Hollie says goodbyeIt may have taken 57 minutes of Ryan Seacrest agonizingly dragging out the proceedings, the judges babbling seemingly without a teleprompter, and J.Lo ickily flirting with her boy-toy backup dancer Casper Smart...but eventually on Thursday, Ryan did get around to announcing the "American Idol" result that everyone had been expecting not only all day, but really for weeks now: Hollie Cavanagh was, unsurprisingly, eliminated. Hollie had a pretty good run on "Idol," but after being on the chopping block six times this season (not to mention being sent home during Hollywood Week when she tried out last year), her time was finally up.

For a few weeks, it actually looked like Hollie was gaining momentum and becoming this season's Haley Reinhart. But after she "crashed and burned," according to tough-talking mentor Jimmy Iovine, during Wednesday's emotionally flatlined performance of Bonnie Raitt's "I Can't Make You Love Me," she failed to make voters love her--at least not as much as they loved the standout, best-of-the-season performances by Joshua Ledet, Jessica Sanchez, and a surprisingly revitalized Phillip Phillips.
Joshua reactsThis was a respectable showing for this little fighter, but as Hollie watched her goodbye sizzle reel at the end of the episode, the sullen expression on her usually cherubic face made it clear that she was NOT too thrilled to only make it to fourth place. However, Joshua, her bestie on the show, actually appeared to be even more upset than she was, wiping away his tears as Hollie belted out her swan song, "The Climb."
And then there were three: Joshua Ledet, Jessica Sanchez, and Phillip
Phillips. Which two will make it to the finale in just two weeks? It's obvious that the judges and producers are hoping for a Jessica/Joshua finale, but Phillip is the only contestant left who's never been in the bottom three before--so statistically, he still seems like the one to beat. Next week, we'll find out if P-Squared will make it to the final square-off.
