Jason Russell, Kony 2012 Video Creator, Arrested For Drunken Masturbating in Public

Jason Russell, the man behind the now-famous Kony 2012 video, was arrested in San Diego today for masturbating and being drunk in public apparently.
Russell was taken into custody by San Diego cops, according to reports.
In addition to allegedly masturbating, officials say that the Kony 2012 creator vandalized cars. Must have been some kind of epic bender he was on.
More details to follow as the story develops ...
UPDATE: Video has surfaced of Russell in the midst of his naked meltdown in San Diego,  pounding his fists in anger and screaming maniacally.
Witnesses say he was running around naked and making sexual gestures.
Russell was held on a 5150 psychiatric hold, so authorities can decide if he poses a danger to himself or others. A rep says Russell was suffering from exhaustion, dehydration, and malnutrition as a result of a strenuous PR campaign.

Bobbi Kristina Brown: Engaged to Pseudo Step Brother?

Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon are heating up their relationship, and they don't care what anyone thinks about it.
The 19-year old daughter of Whitney Houston went public this week with the fact that she's dating Gordon, a 22-year old who her mother took in many years ago and raised as her own child.
Since then, the pair has been spotted in public kissing and holding hands, with a source telling Us Weekly Bobbi and Nick are residing in a house in Atlanta - and are engaged!

"The situation is beyond sad," this insider says of Brown and Gordon. "Whitney never formally adopted Nick, but he lived with her and Bobbi Kristina from the age of twelve and they were raised like brother and sister. Nick came from a really bad background."
This mole adds that Bobbi is open about the engagement, showing off a huge diamond ring to friends and saying it formally belonged to her mother.
If she and Nick truly do go through with a marriage, it will be met with opposition from family members. Cissy Houston reportedly came out this week and labeled the relationship "incestuous."

Courtney Robertson and Ben Flajnik Just Might Work, Bachelor's Chris Harrison Opines

The Bachelor host Chris Harrison spoke to reporters via conference call today and shared his thoughts on the re-engaged Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson.
Chris paints a fair portrait of the controversial couple, and sympathizes with Courtney (though he concedes he and his family were Team Lindzi from the start).
Will the couple make it? Will we see them on TV again? And what was it like whipping out that ring on the After the Final Rose special? So many questions.
Excerpts from his lengthy interview on all of that and more below:
Courtney, Ben
On whether he's rooting for rooting Ben and Courtney:
"Of course I'm rooting them on. You know, why wouldn't you?"
"I mean, I know that she wasn't the most popular choice and that if you put it to America's vote maybe she wouldn't have been in it, but I think the important thing and the great thing about the show is that was Ben's choice."
"Why not respect that? Who am I not to respect that? And so of course I wish them the best and the million dollar question, will they make it? Who knows? Who's to say which couples make it in life? But I wish them the very best.

George Clooney Gets Arrested

George Clooney was arrested outside the Sudanese Embassy in Washington, D.C. on Friday during a heated protest to decry Sudan's President Omar Al-Bashir, an alleged war criminal, multiple outlets are reporting.
The actor, 50, was handcuffed outside the building after three verbal warnings at the Embassy, located on Massachusetts Avenue.
Following his Friday arrest, he said
PIC: George Clooney Gets Arrested"They were protesting the violence committed by the government of Sudan on its own innocent men, women and children. They were demanding they allow humanitarian aid into the country before it becomes the largest humanitarian crisis in the world."
Clooney testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday to speak out against a "campaign of murder" in Sudan, where impoverished locals fear for their lives thanks to daily bombings.
"What you see is a constant drip of fear," said Clooney, who saw the horrors firsthand during a visit earlier this week to the African nation. "We found children filled with shrapnel, including a 9-year-old boy who had both of his hands blown of."
The Descendants actor blames the attacks on Sudanese government, including President Omar al-Bashir and other leaders.
Clooney co-founded the Sudan Sentinel Project with Congressman John Prendergast to track human rights abuses in the Sudan.
Earlier this week, Clooney was accused by BBC reporter Martin Plaut of being "so abrasive" with UNHCR official over delays in food supplies at the Yida refugee camp in the southern region of Sudan.
In response, Clooney said in a Thursday statement: "The hunger issue in camp yida is now temporarily resolved. The UN released a months' worth of rations the next day after letting them fall a week behind. There were much more complicated issues at play then Mr. Plaut was privy to.

Jennifer Lopez: Boyfriend Casper Smart Is a ‘Good Egg’

Jennifer Lopez on the cover of Vogue's April issue (Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott/Vogue)After her highly publicized split from husband Marc Anthony last summer after seven years of marriage, superstar Jennifer Lopez could have taken her love life in a few different directions. She could have played the field, could have sworn off men for a few years, and could have even reconciled with Anthony, the father of her twin 4-year-olds (though he was a partner many thought was a mismatch from the start). Instead the 42-year-old pop singer, movie actress, and reality show judge jumped right back into a monogamous relationship, and has had the public enthralled ever since thanks to the fact the guy, a backup dancer named Casper Smart, is just 24 years old. (Would a man in his 40s have caused this kind of frenzy if he dated a woman 18 years his junior? Of course not. It's a double standard for sure, but we can debate sexism another time.) Since getting together with the very tattooed Smart a few months ago, the couple has been spotted everywhere together — from the "American Idol" set to Carnival in Brazil to a fashion shoot in Miami — but Lopez has stayed mostly mum on the subject of her new love. In the April issue of Vogue, however, she gives us a little insight into why she's so smitten.
"He's adorable. But you already see that," she tells the reporter. When he mentions that Smart seems very loving and sweet, she agrees. "He is. He really is. He's a good egg. I don't want to talk about it too much. It's my private thing."

According to the writer, who got a peek at the two of them together recently, Lopez seems quite happy around her new main squeeze and the couple can't keep their hands off each other. The mom of two, it seems, has no problem relating to a younger man: "I don't feel older, and I don't feel like I look it, either, so I am just acting the same way I have always acted," she admits.

Her long-time manager Benny Medina, however, isn't afraid to share more: "She's not oblivious to her own reality right now, as in, 'Damn, I'm 42 with a 24-year-old. Why?'" Medina says in the article. "We talked about it yesterday. She was just like, 'It's not even the age, Benny. It's actually that I just came out of a relationship where I felt like I was kind of not getting what I needed. And I'm open! So somebody who steps in right now and is actually touching me in a way — it's very fertile ground!'"

The loyal Medina also had other concerns about Lopez's string of monogamous partners: "The thing that I always sort of wished is that she would give herself time to just naturally meet someone," he says, "instead of having nearly obsessive guys pursue her. The ease with which that obsession becomes a relationship I think sometimes works against her ability to have a real meaningful relationship."

It was long reported that Lopez's ex Anthony — with whom she still has an amicable relationship — was a controlling spouse who often attempted to run her career and get her to dress more conservatively, a far cry from her signature style. And despite navigating her way to an amazingly successful career and calling herself "Jenny from the Block," Lopez insists she's a softie at heart, describing herself as a "mushy romantic." "By nature I am not tough, believe it or not," she reveals in the interview. "No. I am a lover. And with my kids I am even softer."

Lopez, who has now been married and divorced three times and has had other public breakups with stars including Sean Combs and Ben Affleck, may have finally realized the key to making it work: "If you don't love yourself, you can't love anybody else. And I think as women we really forget that. All we want is to be happy, to feel secure, to feel understood," she explains. "But you can't look for somebody else to do that for you. You think about it. . . . Oh, yeah, of course I care about myself. Of course I have good self-esteem. But when you really take a good look, you are not treating yourself like someone who does. And when you let people treat you in a way that you don't want to be treated, it's not their fault. It's yours."
